Liners

Embark International Trading FZE closely works with manufacturers with years of sound experience in the production of heavy duty liners for diesel and gas engines, for marine and power plants which are centrifugally cast using different grades if cast iron ranging rom 140 – 500mm for various engine models. In order to perform excellently both mechanical as well as abrasion resistance – wise, liners supplied by Embark are made of alloid lamellar graphite cast iron.

Most cylinder lines are pre-honed however, treatment such as annealing, chromium and nickel plating, roller burnishing can be arranged. Cylinder liner supplied by Embark are approved by various classification bodes.
